Holy Communion usually takes place every first Sunday of the month. At present, to mitigate infection risk, we are distributing bread and wine by dipping the bread into the wine using tongs. The bread will then be dropped into each hand with the tongs, therefore avoiding hand-to-hand contact. There is no obligation for anyone to receive communion in this way. If you only wish to receive bread and no wine, you are free to do so. If you wish to stay seated during Communion you are also free to do so.
